GeekGirlMeetup Berlin is a conference encouraging women in technology to give talks & share knowledge. It's a one day event and the attendees are the programme.

Keynote

Anne-Marie Imafidon

Anne-Marie has always been interested in business, Maths and Technology. Her rather unique set of achievements include holding the current world record for the youngest girl ever to pass A-level Computing (aged 11), being a BCS Business Analyst of the year finalist, being named on a recent list of top UK Future Leaders and being one of the youngest to be awarded a Masters degree in Mathematics and Computer Science by the University of Oxford, aged 20. She published a book aged 10, ran a website company and currently heads up the Stemettes project - a bid to inspire the next generation of girls into Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics careers.

Alesha Summers

Alesha loves data. She got involved in GGM when she heard Emily talking about it at a functional programming meetup.

Angela Naegele

Angela is a Visual and UX Designer, and got involved in GGM when she heard about it through a friend.

Emily Green

Emily is a developer. She was involved in GGM in Stockholm and in London, and when she moved to Berlin wanted to do it here too.

Jess Erickson

Founder of Berlin Geekettes, her mission is to make a difference in her community by encouraging women to think big and take a slice out of the tech industry that they deserve.
